"فول ليتر" !!!
but when i read your last sentence in English i got it
let me answer your question
i don't think there could be any English word without any single vowel
because every syllable must have at least one vowel and one consonant
for example;
the smallest word is formed of a vowel and a consonant which is " no <one syllable word" ..
and there couldn't be smaller

but if you search in old classic English words
you might find unused expressions
such as :
crwth : whish is a Welsh musical instrument
similar to the violin
cwm : which is a deep hollow within a mountain
gym , hymn, lynx, myth,
pygmy, flypy and syzgy as well
and don't forget that "y" is not a vowel
and English vowels are : a, o, u, e, i

and that's it
